In this user guide, you'll find everything you are looking for (especially, pages 48-52).

Basically, you need to include the font description files in the Adobe .afm ('Adobe Font Metrics') and .pfb('Printer Font Binary') format.

You need to write hooks for tinycss2 and cssselect2 because PyInstaller isn't bundling them properly.

So first, create a directory called hooks in the same directory as your script:
