Let's say the new module used popper-js@2.0 and someone who already had popper-js@4.0 as direct or sub-dependency in their project is more likely to face unmet peer dependency on using the new module.

Downgrading the version is not recommended due to possible conflict with other modules. A workaround would be to add resolutions.

Before doing anything, ensure there is no other version of react installed globally, delete your node-modules folder and package-lock.json file. Ensure your package.json dependency has react@15.4.0 and only add popperjs@^1.16.0 if you're sure that other modules in your project are not relying on later versions of popperjs.

Take a look at this article for a good explanation on peer dependencies

If there are other modules that needs other versions of popperjs then in your package.json you could add an additional property at the end like below,

I Know that there is a lot of topic about this, but since none of them work, I must make a new one, I'm quite confused as why my electron app doesn't launch when I used yarn dev for my project, but when my friends try it, in his laptop, he can run and the apps launch normally without any problem, so Is there anyone here ever face the same problem with me? if there is someone, how can you solve this problem?

This may be a silly answer. Try checking whether the task is running or any other programs interfereing the app, like an antivirus.

So i am using React Native to develop the app and trying to upload the app to TestFlight via AppStoreConnect. Everytime i upload i get an email from apple:

So turns out that one of the Frameworks i added in theFramework, Libraries, and Embedded Content of XCode was using UIWebView - in this particular case i was the GD Framework. So i just had to download the updated SDK and that solved the problem for me. See Image here

You should try upgrading Flow to v0.133 and switch to the Types-First architecture, or enable it on earlier releases. The rechecks have considerably improved, as explained, since all module exports are now annotated instead of being infered. There is a codemod availble for annotating exports on large codebases:
