Download Git Repo git clone https://github.com/Yaoming95/CitationRanker.git. Install requirements pip install -r requirements.txt. Download Chrome Diver in order to enter Captcha when Google robot checking is enabled. After downloading chromedriver, rename it to chromedriver and put it into current folder. Run the command (e.g., python citationRanker.py -c <confence abbr> -y <year>).
