The error happened when channel.currency_obj.withdraw_limit return nil or @local_sum is nil.

And it can't compare nil value.

You must check @local_sum again, and make sure that it have a value. Or channel.currency_obj.withdraw_limit make sure that it have a value.

But i guess that channel.currency_obj.withdraw_limit return nil.

That your problem.

I try update rails from v. 4.2.8 to 5.0.2, but in terminal I have still problems:

You might want to remove quiet_assets from your application, because even the latest version (1.1.0 at the moment), does not support Rails 5.0. Furthermore on README on GitHub tells us that the gem is deprecated.
