Get best versions of mcollective-puppet-agent, mcollective-puppet-common, mcollective-service-agent, mcollective-service-common and mcollective-facter-facts RPMs from http://yum.puppetlabs.com/el/6/products/x86_64/ . Extract them and merge contents at usr\libexec\mcollective\mcollective of the extract into the mco\plugins\mcollective directory.
Change into the workspace directory: cd wks
Set path to WiX binaries: set PATH="%ProgramFiles(x86)%\WiX Toolset v3.8\bin";%PATH%
