A slider component is a user interface element that lets users change a value by sliding their thumb along a track within a specific range. Typically, the track is divided into equal intervals, and depending on the current value, the thumb is placed at a particular location on the track.

Slider components are frequently used in applications to let users change preferences or settings like a media player's volume or a display's brightness. They can also be used to alter the speed or rate at which something occurs or to choose a value from various possibilities. Additionally, slider components can be combined with UI components, like buttons or text inputs, to produce more intricate interactive pieces. Use a slider and a text input, for instance, to let the user enter a number within a given range.

Here's an example of how you can add a slider component using React:

I hope you found this useful. I have added the link to dependent libraries, version information in the following sections.

I found this code snippet by searching for 'Slider Component using React' in kandi. You can try any such use case!

Environment Tested

I tested this solution in the following versions. Be mindful of changes when working with other versions.

  1. The solution is created in VS Code 1.73.1 version.
  2. The solution is tested on Nodejs 16.14.2 version.
