I am trying to use edgeR for differential expression analysis of a biologial count dataset. My samples are split into case and controls and I would like to know the genes that are up or down regulated in case samples (i.e. those with the condition) versus controls. However, I am having an issue where currently genes' results are related to the control samples rather than case when using edgeR. I can reproduce the issue in R with fake data.

The fake data has lower count values in control than case samples so we would expect all genes to be up-regulated in case samples:

So I have one data frame with multiple columns, a good chunk of those columns are dichotomous variables of whether each case belongs to a certain group, said columns are the result of running %in% to turn them into a logical test and then codded into 0s and 1s. I ended up with only one of those columns with 1 per row, now I want create a category based on whether the row has a 1 or not. Why's my code not working (or very slow, it just seems stuck).

It is not entirely clear what you're trying to do. From your code it seems like you're trying to overwrite the value in SECTOR, with the ones indicated by the different sector columns (A guess based on their names).

I am having a problem with my responsive menu. While I open the burgermenu I can scroll down and I can actually see the content of page. The only content I can see is those three boxes, and I dont know why! I'll drop down the code for those boxes and maybe you can tell why. If anything is unclear please let me know so I can fill your requests. P.s. I am uploading a gif which shows whats happening.
