Install libyaarg

At time of writing, libyaarg is not really meant for installation. Just copy the files in your project, and use them. It’s self contained, it just requires a relatively recent compiler like gcc. It has not been tested on other compilers, though. If you find issues, let me know, and I’ll be happy to fix them (see below). You are free to include the code of this library in your project as long as you follow the terms of the BSD LICENSE included. Note that the BSD LICENSE allows you to sell, modify, or otherwise distribute derived work both as a binary and as source code, without need of disclosing the source of your derived work. The only thing you have to do is retain the copyright notice on top of the source files, and if you distribute it in binary form, provide a copy in the documentation. But just follow the terms of that license, and you’ll be grand.
