Directory where the resulting plugin will be installed (lib/ suffix will be added). Enables MPI communication for the sync plugin, and allows to run more than one MPI process per node. Default: ON. Build Options of x86_energy (see here) All Build Options of x86_energy can be used, if x86_energy is automatically built, because it can't be found. This Options will passed through to the x86_energy CMake and ignored for this plugin.
