If you add z-index: 1; to .topnav, your problem will be solved. Because, topnav falls under the other contents that comes after topnav such as text, anchor est.

Producing ICE plot in R from the ICEbox package
            Asked 2018-Feb-28 at 14:22

I am trying to produce an ICE plot from the ICEbox package in R, based on the sample code from plot.ice examples However I am getting errors.

I am using a random forest model from the caret package, as can be seen below. There are 1,118 predictor variables and a response variable, "grp".

By using the reference manual for the ICEbox package I was able to find a solution to the problem. The issue was that the above examples were for a regression problem while mine was a classification problem.

An example for a classification problem can be found here: ICEbox Reference Manual.

The working code for my problem can be found below:

Otherwise, check our samples folder. You can build these samples with these instructions after you installed the requirements. If your using a Windows guest you might want to set the environement variable _NT_SYMBOL_PATH to a folder that contains your guest's pdb. Please note that icebox setup will fail if it does not find your guest's kernel's pdb. vm_resume: vm_resume just pause then resume your VM. nt_writefile: nt_writefile breaks when a process calls ntdll!NtWriteFile, and dumps what's written in a file on your host in the current directory. heapsan: heapsan breaks ntdll memory allocations from a process and add padding before & after every pointer. It is still incomplete and doesn't do any checks yet. wireshark: wireshark breaks when ndis driver reads or sends network packets and creates a wireshark trace (.pcapng). Each packet sent is associated to a callstack from kernel land to userland if necessary.
