Install dukglue

Dukglue has been tested with MSVC 2015, clang-3.8, and g-5.4. Your compiler must support at least C++11 to use Dukglue. Dukglue is a header-only library. Dukglue requires Duktape to be installed such that #include <duktape.h> works. Everything you need (except Duktape) is in the include directory of this repository. If you prefer not to mess with CMake or build settings, you should be able to just copy the include directory into your project.
