Using a C Library in Swift Gets Unsafe Pointers
            Asked 2017-Mar-10 at 14:11

I've looked at other answers but they make no sense to me.

I am trying to add this library to my Swift project: http://ed-von-schleck.github.io/shoco/

I followed steps 1 and two from this tutorial: https://medium.com/swift-and-ios-writing/using-a-c-library-inside-a-swift-framework-d041d7b701d9#.r1gi4q3ri

I am able to import shoco module (yay!)

According to the API this is what the function should be:

You should definitely read Using Swift with C API. To your question, here's an example of full compress-decompress cycle:

            Install shoco

Copy shoco.c, shoco.h and shoco_model.h from github/shoco over to your project. Include shoco.h and you are ready to use the API!.

            Support

If you use shoco, or like it for whatever reason, I’d really love to [hear from you](mailto:christian.h.m.schramm at gmail.com - replace the 'at' with @ and delete this sentence-)! If wished for, I can provide integration with shoco for your commercial services (at a price, of course), or for your totally awesome free and open source software (for free, if I find the time). Also, a nice way of saying thanks is to support me financially via git tip or flattr. If you find a bug, or have a feature request, file it! If you have a question about usage or internals of shoco, ask it on stackoverflow for good exposure – and write me a mail, so that I don’t miss it.
