            Answered 2021-Jun-12 at 17:16

First note that a token must be obtained from the server ! A token is required to make some API calls due to security concerns. There are usually at least two types of tokens:

            • Access token: You use it to make API calls (as in the Authorization header above). But this token usually expires after a short period of time.
            • Refresh token: Use this token to refresh the access token after it has expired.

You should use requests-oauthlib in addition with requests.
            https://pypi.org/project/requests-oauthlib/
But first, read the available token acquisition workflows:
            https://requests-oauthlib.readthedocs.io/en/latest/oauth2_workflow.html#available-workflows
and choose the right workflow that suits your purposes. (The most frequently used is Web App workflow)
Then, implement the workflow in your code to obtain the token. Once a valid token is obtained you can use it to make various API calls.

As a side note: be sure to refresh token if required.

You have a typo (fix "n" to "nn"): ConectionStrings should be ConnectionStrings.

You can remove the old one and create a new one with these commands:

            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 15:52

I am using express-session and express-mysql-session in my app to generate sessions and store them in mysql database. Sessions are stored in a table called sessions.

            ANSWER

            Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 15:52

The value that's stored on the client-side cookie consists of two parts:

            1. The actual session ID (fiNdSdb2_K6qUB_j3OAqhGLEXdWpZkK4 in your example)
            2. A server-generated HMAC signature of the session ID eKUawMNIv7ZtXSweWyIEpfAUnfRd6/rPWr+PsjuGCVQ. This is to ensure session ID integrity and does not need to be stored in the database. It's generated on the server-side by express-session (which uses node-cookie-signature package internally) and using the passed secret parameter.

So the second part of the cookie name (after the dot) is used by express-session to verify the first part and is stripped away afterward.

            ANSWER

            Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 12:50

You can't pass variables to the JScript, only variables created in the JScript can be accessed in the VBscript (for whatever reason this is how it is).

I recommend you create the entire process in VBScript as the functions in JScript can be done in VBScript and you won't have any problems.

Why my Google Drive API access auto revoked?
            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 11:56

I have some problem with Google Drive API access: my access revoked every week! What I have done:

            1. Created an app in Google Cloud Platform.
            2. Enabled Google API.
            3. Created a service account for my app.
            4. Created OAuth 2.0 client secret for third-party apps.

I have some files on my home server that I want to upload to my Google Drive once a day. When I request access to my Google Drive (I'm requesting offline access) I can work with my drive without any problems. Also, I can see my app in my Google Account third-party apps tab. But after a week I see that my app just disappearing from the third-party apps tab in Google Account and my server receives that access and refresh tokens are expired. This happened to me already 4 times!

The only thing that is strange is that when I'm requesting access Google says that this app is "untrusted" and "if I am sure that I want to give the access". If so, how can I make the app trusted?

How can I give permanent access to my Google Drive for my app? I only need this for my account, not for other people, because only I using this cloud app. Thank You.

            ANSWER

            Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 11:56

I found the solution. After the first time access was granted to my app, a new option appeared in my Google Account called "Access for untrusted third-party apps". I need to enable this option and grand access for my app again. After that my app appeared in an untrusted section of my Google Account but no access revoke by Google for now.
