Install karuiwm

First, generate the build.ninja file in the build directory:.
karuiwm requires dmenu to run correctly. If dmenu is missing, the behaviour is unspecified yet; probably it will freeze the moment there is an interaction with dmenu. There is currently no install target in the provided build files. But karuiwm consists only of the executable, so it is sufficient to just copy it anywhere you wish.
