rgb2vga | HWA : Digital RGB to VGA Converter

NATIVE DIGITAL RGB TO VGA CONVERTER. This code accepts a pixel clock, R, G, B, HS and VS from an old computer and generates a VGA signal suitable for display on a modern monitor.
