gst-v4l2loopback | obsolete gstreamer element that allows to write to a v4l2

gst-v4l2loopback is a C library. gst-v4l2loopback has no bugs, it has no vulnerabilities, it has a Weak Copyleft License and it has low support. You can download it from GitHub.
