So in ionic Neutronium is Ionic 4 version which is a major release in ionic and Minor versions are called according to the order of periodic table by atomic number. Ionic 4.1 Hydrogen, Ionic 4.2 Helium, 4.3 Lithium, etc.

You can do this a number of ways. For the sake of a simple solution I have used margin-left and a simple toggleClass

Another alternative could be using absolute positioning or jquery animations.

I use Neutronium library for a HTML-based C# UI.

I want to be able to use strings from a .RESX resource conveniently, not wrapping every string in a resource-accessing property of the ViewModel.

How achieve this more easily?

I'm not familiar with that framework but one option could be to use dynamic types. Warning - none of this is tested...
