            Start the database and storage emulator:.
            Start the database and storage emulator: If using Docker: cd src docker-compose up -d db data-storage If using Windows, ensure SQL Server is running then you can start the Storage Emulator, with the default instance of SQL Server as its data source: AzureStorageEmulator.exe init /server .
            Add the following to your hosts file: 127.0.0.1 db 127.0.0.1 data-storage If using a VM, the IP addresses in this file should be set to your VM's network IP address.
            Using Docker - copy the ees-mssql directory into the project's data directory. You must give all OS users full access to this directory i.e. in Linux, set the directory to 777 permissions. This is necessary to give the Docker container the right permissions to modify the directory contents.
            Using Windows - attach the database using SQL Management Studio.
