Install zipkin.net.instrumentations

The Zipkin instrumentations included in this project are based on the Zipkin.net library. In order to start logging traces into Zipkin you have to create a Zipkin bootstrapper instance and start it (as explained in the Zipkin.net library documentation):. If your application is an Owin web application and you are using the Zipkin4Owin library, you don't need to manually start the ZipkinBootstrapper, because Zipkin4Owin already does it for you. For the rest of instrumentations, you need to manually start the Zipkin boostrapper.
