Install SPLConqueror

Clone the git repository and its submodules. Submodules can be cloned on the command line by:
Install Mono and MonoDevelop(Recommended: Mono-Version 5.4.1.6+ -- description available on https://www.mono-project.com/download/stable/ -- and MonoDevelop-Version 5.10.0+)
Start MonoDevelop and open the root project:
Perform a right-click on every project of the solution and select the preferred target framework (e.g., .NET4.5) in Options -> Build -> General
Perform a right-click on the solution and select Restore NuGet packages Be aware that an internet connection is required to perform this step.
Build the root project
Optionally: To use the interface to scikit learn install Python3 along with the scikit-learn(0.20.3), numpy(1.16.2) and scipy(1.2.1) packages.
Optionally: To include the Variant Generator using CPlex place the required libraries in the folders SPLConqueror/packages/cplex before building the project. For SCIP place the libraries in SPLConqueror/packages/scip.

Start Xamarin-IDE and open the root project:

Open Visual Studio and open the solution
Perform a right-click on the solution and select Restore NuGet Packages
Build the root project
Optionally: To include the Variant Generator using CPlex place the required libraries in the folders SPLConqueror/packages/cplex before building the project. For SCIP place the libraries in SPLConqueror/packages/scip.
