Install dechat_en2a

First of all install node (& npm) and then execute npm install to install all the dependencies needed from now on. To view a live version of the app check out the Development Server section.
Run ng build to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/ directory. Use the --prod flag for a production build. For building and deploying to GitHub pages run npm run ghpages:build and everything will end inside the docs/ folder.
