Setup is very simple as all the content as of now is static.
Pull the github repository
Open index.html in your browser
Note the new My Booklist link in the Search and Browse tab.
Navigate to any of the books that have a red outline which have the static pages linked. Any other book links are dead links.
Press the new Add to Booklist button to add the book to your list and have it be visible under the new My Booklist tab.
