            I have been learning Svelte for the past couple days and now I am trying to use it in combination with Chota. I am following the Chota docs instructions for dark mode but it won't change. In addition, if I add my own CSS it wont update. Here is my App.svelte:

            I am trying to get the returning value of a function into the svelte component. However, my functions are structure in this way:

            As mentioned in the comments, you need a variable declared to use it in a template. Then, when the value is available, you can update that variable. Initially your template will show zero, then when the data loads it will change to be the right value.
