Calls gridpredict to do most of the heavy lifting. gridpredict.py: takes an input location from views.py and runs several subroutines that: 1. obtain the predicted rides per day at that location; 2. obtain the rank of the proposed location compared to existing stations; 3. redraw the map of predicted rides per day in a subgrid centered on the new location and serve the resulting image to Flask for display in the output web page; 4. store the results in a database.
