QUESTION
I am using the Borlabs Cookie plugin for WordPress and i am trying to add filters to modify the preview html for content blocking as described here: https://borlabs.io/kb/action-filter-hooks/#ch_9. However, the return value does not seem to be used at all and just gets replaced with the default html.
This is my current code in my functions.php

Install ContentBlocker
You can use ContentBlocker like any standard Java library. Please include the the jar files in your classpath. You can also use any IDE and you can run and debug the ContentBlocker component as you would do with any other Java program. Best practice is to use a build tool that supports dependency management such as Maven or Gradle. For Maven installation, please refer maven.apache.org. For Gradle installation, please refer gradle.org .
