QUESTION
Edit: This problem still remains unsolved, I have tried to even boot into a different OS (Debian instead of Kali) (not using anaconda, will (hopefully) get more time to try that)
As the title describes and illustrated by this screenshot:
Instead of the expected 3D plot, just a white plain background with a question mark in it, that, when clicked, displays a menu like this:
I have now experimented quite a bit on this example (on my system) and... to give an example:
This shows just a black square (while it's supposed to show a sphere):
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Mar-11 at 20:11The problem could have to do with the threejs package in Debian that came for the particular version of Sage you got.
You might have better luck installing via Conda or from binaries.
For reference, here is a list of similar reports (including the present one):
- Stack Overflow question 66584781: Sage not displaying/Rendering 3D plots
- Ask Sage question 55896: implicit_plot3d not rendering in Jupyter Lab
- Ask Sage question 55661: plot3d shows a black window

QUESTION
I'm trying to serve a folder that contains HTML, JS, PHP, Java, and a couple of other different file types with Ngnix. I plan to then import two JS files from that folder into my index.html like so :
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jan-14 at 17:45I figured out my problem. I failed to mention that I am using Docker as well and had to first move my desired files to /usr/share/nginx/html/
within the Nginx docker container and then put that file location as the location for alias
.
QUESTION
I'm trying to upgrade a simple batch menu file to an hybrid batch/powershell hybrid. I came across this question - batch menu outlines and design - which has a nice Powershell interface. However, I don't understand how to set the menu options properly! Can you please elucidate me?
The code is as follows:
...ANSWER
Answered 2020-Jan-22 at 17:06after the powershell ...
line, you just echo the selected menu point. You need to translate it into a goto
like if "!menu[%errorlevel%]!"=="Open GenNBO Helper" goto :GENNBO
etc (one line for each menu entry).
I suggest to change the labels instead and use just one goto

Install jmol
You can use jmol like any standard Java library. Please include the the jar files in your classpath. You can also use any IDE and you can run and debug the jmol component as you would do with any other Java program. Best practice is to use a build tool that supports dependency management such as Maven or Gradle. For Maven installation, please refer maven.apache.org. For Gradle installation, please refer gradle.org .
