I am trying to setup hadoop-connectors on my local Ubuntu 20.04 and running the test command hadoop fs -ls gs://my-bucket
but I keep getting errors like the following:
ANSWER
Answered 2020-Aug-22 at 10:30It seems that rebooting helped to solve the issue. After a reboot the command hadoop fs -ls gs://my-bucket
works and lists the content of the bucket as expected.
Thanks to @IgorDvorzhak providing the command: hadoop classpath --glob

QUESTION
I have installed GCS connector of hadoop 3 version and added the below config to core-site.xml as described in Install.md . The intention is to migrate data from hdfs in local cluster to cloud storage.

...ANSWER
Answered 2020-Aug-17 at 22:42The stack trace about Delegation Tokens are not configured
is actually a red herring. If you read the GCS connector code here, you will see the connector will always try to configure delegation token support, but if you do not specify the binding through fs.gs.delegation.token.binding
the configuration will fail, but the exception you see in the trace gets swallowed.
Now as to why your command fails, I wonder if you have a typo in your configuration file:

Install hadoop-connectors
You can use hadoop-connectors like any standard Java library. Please include the the jar files in your classpath. You can also use any IDE and you can run and debug the hadoop-connectors component as you would do with any other Java program. Best practice is to use a build tool that supports dependency management such as Maven or Gradle. For Maven installation, please refer maven.apache.org. For Gradle installation, please refer gradle.org .
