If the result is positive, the review is classified as positive and vice versa. Other methods that calculated scores using a sentiment dictionary were slightly worse. Accuracy: 84% - 85%. Second technique is a naive Bayes classifier, with the exception that negative probabilities are given a small value so as to not zero out the total probability. Accuracy: 78% - 80%.
