            from what I can see I think it is consuming one '/' at once and treating the rest as a parameter and then again recursively treating each '/' as a separate path eventually reaching to the actually sensible values that you've tried to pass

            You can download it from GitHub.
            You can use KEMS like any standard Java library. Please include the the jar files in your classpath. You can also use any IDE and you can run and debug the KEMS component as you would do with any other Java program. For Gradle installation, please refer gradle.org .
