I think you are missing the mapping for the Dto to class, you have class to Dto.

There was indeed a port conflict, but not with 2992. The problem was that I was already running a different flask application on port 5000. Once I turned that off, the cookiecutter code worked as expected. Thanks to kkremitzki on GitHub who helped me sort this out.

I was able to sort this out by myself.

I did this:

I removed the errors/handlers.py file, and added the code to errors/int.py thus avoiding another file import to access the blueprint handler for errors. This seemed to work for me.
