You could use the split() command in Python to break up your sting into a list. You can then iterate over the elements inside the list. You could do this al follows:

How is this code snippet an example of incorrect synchronization?
            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 12:46

I am trying to understand the example with incorrect sync code from The Go Memory Model.

Double-checked locking is an attempt to avoid the overhead of synchronization. For example, the twoprint program might be incorrectly written as:

            ANSWER

            Answered 2021-Jun-14 at 19:18

According to the Go memory model:

            https://golang.org/ref/mem

There are no guarantees that one goroutine will see the operations performed by another goroutine unless there is an explicit synchronization between the two using channels, mutex. etc.

In your example: the fact that a goroutines sees done=true does not imply it will see a set. This is only guaranteed if there is explicit synchronization between the goroutines.

The sync.Once probably offers such synchronization, so that's why you have not observed this behavior. There is still a memory race, and on a different platform with a different implementation of sync.Once, things may change.

            Picture changing when it shouldn't
            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 11:53

I am trying to build a cinema app with flutter. The structure is as follows:

            • in each city there are a bunch of cinemas
            • in a cinema there are a bunch of showrooms(salle in french)
            • in a showroom(salle in french) there are five display sessions or projections, these projections are of the same film.

because the projections are of the same movie (a showroom displays the same movie in different time(e.g projections) by design), when I click on any of the projections in a showroom I should have the same posture of the same film, not a different posture in each projection.

However I get a different film posture in each projection, and I don't know what is causing this.

I am using a rest api that I created with Spring, and I am certain that the problem is not from my back-end because I am using it in an angular web app and it's working perfectly.

This is a layout of my application

this is what happened when I click on two projection of the same showroom( notice that the posture changes when it shouldn't.

How to remove VIM as my Mac editor vs sublime
            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 06:57

How to remove VIM (completely) and change my mac command line editor to sublime?

I've spent the last three hours reading the same links on "how to remove VIM" only to get "how to remove MacVIM and reinstall it fresh" Or "How to remove Vim so I can reinstall it on Ubuntu"

My old laptop was fortunate to have a friend remove it but my new machine still has it installed.

I wish VIM would die in "words redacted to excessive profanity" dumpster fire while a hobo "words redacted to excessive profanity" to put out the fire

I've lost way too many hours trying to learn that outdated neckbeard elvish piece of UX trash so I want it gone. No, I'm not touching emacs.

Please tell me there is a way I can switch to sublime or am I permanently cursed to have this confusing black screen of death pop up when I try to git push or git tag stuff?

My original goal was to tag a git and push it but vim comes up and I can't figure out how to speak elvish.

I've been using PyCharm for a few years and love the interface but I need to dig deeper and a TDD Django book for class uses the terminal, it wants me to git -a "comments" so I need your advice.

So now I can't learn TDD Django because vim, MacVim and eMacs users flood the internet but I can't remove it nor figure out how to work it.

I've tried brew uninstall macvim which doesn't work because I have vim not macvim

I also tried sudo uninstall vim no luck as this is zsh mac not ubuntu

I tried brew uninstall vim to get No available formula or cask with the name "vim"

I've searched SO five times and keep getting the same links. Alternates I've tried brew uninstall ruby vim

per this post https://superuser.com/questions/1096438/brew-upgrade-broke-vim-on-os-x-dyld-library-not-loaded I tried, no luck.

You don't have to remove Vim from your machine. Instead, tell your system and your tools to use Sublime Text as default editor. After you have followed that tutorial, which I must point out is part of Sublime Text's documentation, you should have a system-wide subl command that you can use instead of vim. For that, you need to add those lines to your shell configuration file:

How do I get the raw bytes received in from BLE in the android BLE sample program?

            ANSWER

            Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 04:38

The example you are using receives the data as a byte array already, but it appends hex representation to the data as string. This is why you get your data in both representations.

You will need to change the example in the file BluetoothLeService.java on line 149. It is currently reading
            intent.putExtra(EXTRA_DATA, new String(data) + "\n" + stringBuilder.toString());

and you would need to change it to
            intent.putExtra(EXTRA_DATA, new String(data) + "\n");

if you want to receive only the string representation.
