How to Instantiate a 64-bit Class from 32-bit Excel Process
            Asked 2019-Nov-23 at 12:26

I have registered several DLLs specific to Unicom Dimensions / IBM SPSS Data Collection Desktop 7 (x64) software and verify the Classes are showing up under HKCR/Classes as well as HKLM.

Dumpbin.exe indicates the following dependencies, , I don't see anything that looks out of sorts here, i.e., nothing that's specific to the Unicom software that might not have been registered etc.

            Image has the following dependencies

As @johrsharpe said in comment - dictionary doesn't have to keep order (but probably they will keep in in newest Python).

You can create list with pairs (num_of_unique_ips , country) and then you can easily sort it and keep in order.

Search string for dictionary key and if contains, display that keys value
            Asked 2018-Feb-12 at 20:55

I am trying to have my program read a tweet, and look for a company name in that tweet by looking in my dictionary. If it finds a company name, I want it to return the ticker connected to that company name. I can get it to work when the dictionary key is a single word but it won't show it its a multi-word key like CHINA UNICOM or EXPRESS SCRIPTS. Any suggestions? I know that splitting the tweet makes it difficult to search for multi-word strings but its the only way I could make it work for single word company names like FACEBOOK and GOOGLE. Thanks, here's my code. (the input is just the tweet i'm just manually entering them for now until I figure out how to get this to work)

Does Unicom System Architect still support using Oracle database?
            Asked 2017-Aug-04 at 15:35

When System Architect was an IBM product it supported Oracle DB.

            The current version is 11.4.4.2.

Reading the vendor's product page does not list Oracle, it only lists MS SQL Server. But a 2016 Unicom report says 11.4 supports Oracle.

Wikipedia and SO say it supports Oracle, but they are both old information.

Does anyone have experience on this?

If you would like to submit a Request for Information for an Enterprise Architecture tool, please send an email to Architect.Sales@unicomsi.com

So why not ask the vendor? I think he will know.

            Install unicom

You can download it from GitHub.
You can use unicom like any standard Java library. Please include the the jar files in your classpath. You can also use any IDE and you can run and debug the unicom component as you would do with any other Java program. Best practice is to use a build tool that supports dependency management such as Maven or Gradle. For Maven installation, please refer maven.apache.org. For Gradle installation, please refer gradle.org .
