Install avis_zmqprx

If you are running Linux on x86 or x86-64 you only need Java JRE1.5 (SE) and then: * clone this repo * get avis-src-1.2.2zmq\_prx-linux-x86.zip or avis-src-1.2.2zmq\_prx-linux-x86\_64.zip (depending on your platform) from the repo root * unzip that * run server/bin/avisd.
