Simple program to creating rutins for interval training. It provides basic functionality:. Instruction: 1.Creating new rutine set rutine:     1.1. Click NEW in main menu,     1.2. Fill:         1.2.1. Set name: name of whole rutine set,         1.2.2. time: time of particular task,         1.2.3. Message: text message displayed during countdown     1.3. Click ADD,     1.4. Click OK or LUNCH to try out. 2. Edit rutine:     2.1. Choose rutine set,     2.2. Click EDIT,     2.3. Fill Set name, time and Message fields,     2.4. Clisk EDIT,. 3. Lunching rutine     3.1. Choose rutine from table,     3.2. Click LUNCH. 4. Removing rutine or rutine set:     4.1. Choose rutine or rutine set from table,     4.2. Click DEL,. 5. Changing rutine order within rutine set:     5.1. Choose rutine set and click EDIT,     5.2. Choose rutine from table,     5.3. Use arrow buttons to change order. 6. Saving and loading of rutine set:     6.1. Use proper button in main menu,     6.2. Choose file from directory, and confirm.
