Answered 2020-Jun-16 at 20:32By default, an AWS account is soft limited to 100 S3 buckets.
You need to submit a service limit increase request by creating a new case through the support portal.. Once they override the default soft limit on your account you may create up to 1000 S3 buckets.

Install TooManyBuckets
You can use TooManyBuckets like any standard Java library. Please include the the jar files in your classpath. You can also use any IDE and you can run and debug the TooManyBuckets component as you would do with any other Java program. Best practice is to use a build tool that supports dependency management such as Maven or Gradle. For Maven installation, please refer maven.apache.org. For Gradle installation, please refer gradle.org .
