QUESTION
I'm running a server with WebProtege 4.0.0 from the docker images as described on the WebProtege github page.
Now I want to access a list of all users, how can I actually do that?
The best thing I've found so far is trying to share a project, type in all the letters individually and write down the names that show up.
...ANSWER
Answered 2020-Jul-27 at 11:23I'm not sure if that is the best way, but I connected to the database and extracted the users that way.
QUESTION
I use Protege and WebProtege and I wish to see a tree view based on a different object property such as partOf. I tried the plugin Existential Viewer that claims, but that errors out.
Does anybody know of a tool that can do this, Protege or other?
TIA
...ANSWER
Answered 2018-Apr-02 at 12:11- It seems you need the OWL Hierarchy plugin. It was recently added to registry, you don't need to install it manually. Just select File > Check for plugins. After installation, select Window > Tabs > Individual Hierarchy Tab. Update: do not forget to select the property you need in the left tree.
- Probably, the bundled OntoGraf plugin is also suitable for your needs.
Unfortunately, it seems that one should expand nodes manually in order to view full tree.
- OwlPropViz plugin looks promising, but it is not working with Protégé 5.2.

Install webprotege
You can use webprotege like any standard Java library. Please include the the jar files in your classpath. You can also use any IDE and you can run and debug the webprotege component as you would do with any other Java program. Best practice is to use a build tool that supports dependency management such as Maven or Gradle. For Maven installation, please refer maven.apache.org. For Gradle installation, please refer gradle.org .
