How to let a signed in user create a document in firestore (SDK Web version 9 modular)
            Asked 2021-Oct-05 at 17:25

I'm trying to let a signed-in users create a document on the Firestore Database. For that I want to use the secureToken which gets created by Firebase Authentication after a user logs in with the email/password method.

In the Firebase Realtime Database for example, I can just make a post request with axios where I include the secureToken like this:

If you are using Firebase SDK for authentication as well then you don't need to add any token. The SDK will check for auth state and do that for you.

IBM Watson Assistnat: Extend the Webhook's time when sending a webhook to a Cloud Function
            Asked 2021-May-25 at 15:27

While developing a client application that uses its own styling, but also IBM Watson Assistant under the hood, problems have been discovered when the webhook's time is exceeded. The composition is as follows: a client app sends a request to Watson Assistant, from there the Assistant triggers a webhook, which after that triggers an IBM Cloud Function.

Following this link, a man can see that in one of the FAQs is stated, that the time limit (8 seconds) can not be extended. Does it include also the case when a call is made to a IBM Cloud Function?

Set up hello world of collabora/code via docker on local
            Asked 2021-Feb-23 at 23:38

I am following this quick start guide to attempt to set up collabora server using docker.

That guide uses docker directly but I'm trying to use docker-compose locally, my docker-compose.yaml file, based on the quick start guide:

Using sites like ifconfig.me will tell you your gateway (usually router) address. You need to know the local IP address. One way of doing it is typing ifconfig in the terminal, then looking for your primary network interface (ignore loopback, etc) and it will tell you the correct address. Another way is to try to find it inside your router's management interface. There are also GUI tools you can use, but it depends on your distribution and desktop environment of choice.

Regarding access to the container, you should be able to use localhost. You can try to use docker inspect to see details about the container, and docker logs to see its logs.

I can successfully build and ran a demo classic asp site (given here: https://www.docker.com/blog/get-apps-off-windows-2003-cloud-docker-enterprise/) (source code is here: https://github.com/sixeyed/presentations/tree/master/docker-webinars/from-w2k3-to-cloud) with the following Dockerfile:

I think I found a solution on my own - although I really do not yet know why changing the source code of the demo project actually led to the 403 error. But however in examining the issue I created a new simple classic asp -project in another directory and adapted the Dockerfile to these path changes like so:
