I've come across an issue of trying to fade the edges of the background image of a div so that it looks like it's blending with the background image of the full site (so the background image applied to the body).

You can use the background as gradient where the edges are rgba(0,0,0,0). This way it will smoothly blend with background. But this will not work for images. For images You will have to a div of background color and rgba(0,0,0,0) in gradient with color facing outward.

I have two select form with submit button, I need to get the result of selected value for example

first select form having colours as an option and second contains another things.

and i have some items as div....red flower , red fish.

if i select red from first form its shows red value div and in second form if i select flower it should display red flower only but it's shows everything under the value red. And these all thing must work only when i submit the search button. I have attached jsfiddle below. Code:

I receive the error when triggering a cloud function using the gcloud command from terminal:

gcloud functions call function_name

On the cloud function log page no error is shown and the task is finished with no problem, however, after the task is finished this error shows up on the terminal.

gcloud crashed (ReadTimeout): HTTPSConnectionPool(host='cloudfunctions.googleapis.com', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=300)

Note: my function time out is set to 540 second and it takes ~320 seconds to finish the job

I think the issue is that gcloud functions call times out after 300 seconds and is non-configurable for a longer timeout to match the Cloud Function.

I managed to do it with source distributions and overriding sdist and egg_info commands to make setuptools bundle local dependencies together with package and to make pip search dependencies in that bundle when installing the built package later. But later I figured out it makes system vulnerable to dependency confusion attacks because local packages installed from that bundle are visible with pip freeze, if for some reason the dependency location, like local-package @ file:///home/user/packages/local-package.tar.gz is stripped to just local-package pip will search it on pypi, which allows dependency confusion to happen.

The best solution for this problem is to vendor all local dependencies where their source code is copied to the package, pip itself vendors its dependencies using vendoring.
