Install LEAP
LEAP has the following dependencies:. After installind these dependencies, you can install LEAP via: git clone https://github.com/omerwe/LEAP. To verify that everything is correctly installed, please run the script test.py. It will run a small example analysis and print an error message if any problem is found.
