ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 12:59The Kubernetes project is making an effort to move away from wording that can be considered offensive, with one concrete recommendation being renaming master to control-plane. In other words control-plane
and master
mean essentially the same thing, and the goal is to switch the terminology to use control-plane
exclusively going forward. (More info in this answer)
The kubectl
command is a command line interface that executes on a client (i.e your computer) and interacts with the cluster through the control-plane
.
The IP address you are seing through cluster-info
is the IP address through which you reach the control-plane

I have a javascript calendar (FullCalendar v5) up and running in my Rails 6 app and everything works fine except my js.erb files. For example, when deleting a calendar event, the event is correctly deleted from the database and Rails goes correctly to my destroy.js.erb file. But my js.erb file does not recognize the calendar with the code
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-14 at 15:50var calendar = new Calendar ..
already defined (in calendar.js
)and it's Calendar
.
so if you re-define var calendar = document.getElementById('calendar');
in destroy.js.erb
, the variable calendar
is not Calendar
anymore.
so 1. make sure calendar.js
is imported.
and 2. remove re-define calendar
QUESTION
What directory should the pgadmin4 config_local.py
be put into on Windows?
Have tried C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\pgAdmin\
without luck. Using PgAdmin v5.3.
ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-14 at 22:56The config_local.py
file should be created in the same directory as config.py
which for pgAdmin 5.3 on Windows is C:\Program Files\pgAdmin 4\v5\web
.
If you want to make system-wide customizations you can also use C:\Program Files\Common Files\pgAdmin\config_system.py
which doesn't require adding files into the install directory.
For more details see the documentation at https://www.pgadmin.org/docs/pgadmin4/development/config_py.html.

On Mac OS X 10.7.5 on which perl-5.12.3
is installed, I needed to use the utf8::all
module so I have manually installed utf8-all-0.024 (Note the minimum perl version of v5.10.0
on its CPAN page) The make test
has failed but I've still installed it to see if it would work. It didn't work so I've decided to uninstall it. I've tried 2 methods given at perl.com the first method didn't work as it required perl-5.14.2
The second method gave this message:
ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-14 at 18:28You've made a mess of things by incorrectly installing the module. Specifically, you didn't install the dependencies.
Ideally, you should use the package manager that provided perl
itself. But they don't provide every module. So you'd use the non-package manager approach:
