I'm using firefox browser and when run the gulp watch there is no popup of browsersync is connected, is there a plugin needed to run it.

You can download it from GitHub.
PHP requires the Visual C runtime (CRT). The Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019 is suitable for all these PHP versions, see visualstudio.microsoft.com.
