Install dynamic

Download the latest release and unzip it (or use git clone.)
Unzip the downloaded release and copy it to the ext directory of your phpBB board. The directory strcuture should be phpBB/ext/lotusjeff/dynamic
Navigate in the ACP to Customise -> Manage extensions.
Look for Opengraph under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its Enable link.
