kandi X-RAY | statusnet-apache-authentication Summary
The Apache Authentication plugin makes StatusNet let Apache handle authentication. It also retrieves user attributes from LDAP during auto-registration and because of this depends on the LdapCommon plugin. Please note that this plugin has not been tested for security vulnerabilities and should be considered alpha quality at best (though itโs being used in my office of 60 or so people without issue). Please set it up on a test instance first so that it doesnโt affect your existing users. It probably relies too heavily on your environment being like mine; if you get it to work please let me know what you had to change to do so and Iโll incorporate those changes (or simply fork and send me a pull request).

QUESTION
I have an x509 certificate as a file/byte array that I'd like to use to verify the signature provided in a CertificateVerify
TLS message. I think I can use SecKeyVerifySignature
once I've determined the certificate's key algorithm (SecKeyAlgorithm
parameter) and initialized the signedData
from the transcript hash (concatenated to the context string, etc.).
openssl x509
reports the certificate's key like

The CertificateVerify
message provides a digest of the handshake up to that point. The server uses its certificate's private key to perform that signature. As indicated in the TLS 1.3 specification, the signature algorithm is part of the CertificateVerify structure
