kandi X-RAY | wp-bootstrap Summary
WordPress Bootstrap 3 Starter Theme. ![Screenshot of wp-bootstrap] "Quick Screenshot"). A WordPress theme built from scratch with Bootstrap 3. It’s a starting point for any WordPress / Bootstrap 3 development efforts, not a finished product. It allows for configuring a custom logo in the wp-admin area. I’ve solved the nasty navigation issues that you’ll run into if starting from scratch using wp-bootstrap-navwalker from Edward McIntyre. It has a custom frontpage, if you care to use it, based on one of the Bootstrap examples.

QUESTION
I have a Wordpress Bootstrap site. I implemented WP Bootstrap Navwalker for dropdown menu functionality without issues. I followed directions using the provided code examples here: https://github.com/wp-bootstrap/wp-bootstrap-navwalker. Everything works really well.
However, the dropdown icon is on the left side!
I added a couple different icons just to test, but it always shows on the left side. I changed it to the right arrow because it was bugging me.
What I used for code is exactly what's on their site as an example slightly modified.

QUESTION
So I'm using the Bulma Framework w/ a Bulma Navwalker - The problem that I'm having is that it won't accept my custom css classes defined inside my WordPress menus.
So I have a is-mega class define inside one of my parent menu items, and it's not showing up under "navbar-item has-dropdown is-hoverable".
Does anyone see that I might be missing?
Here is the Navwalker:

Answered 2020-Aug-11 at 17:23You can achieve this by adjusting your walker slightly. Bulmapress removes the standard classes from the walker so it can use its own. By adding this, it will allow you to add your custom classes from the Appearance->Menu.

Install wp-bootstrap
PHP requires the Visual C runtime (CRT). The Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019 is suitable for all these PHP versions, see visualstudio.microsoft.com. You MUST download the x86 CRT for PHP x86 builds and the x64 CRT for PHP x64 builds. The CRT installer supports the /quiet and /norestart command-line switches, so you can also script it.
