lwCMS does not have an installer yet, and therefore must be configured manually. First, missing directories need to be created:.
cache (needs write permission)

uploads
securimage
CKEditor
PDW File Browser (PDW File Browser needs its own configuration)
SlidesJS (the jquery-slidesjs.min.js needs to be in a directory called slidesjs)
