THIS SOFTWARE IS DEPRECATED AND HAS NO CURRENT SUCCESSOR. UPDATES ARE NOT PROVIDED. Step 1: Extract the folder into your HTTP serving directory. Step 2: Make sure PHP, MySQL, php5-curl and Postfix are installed. Step 3: Edit includes/db_connect.php and change the MySQL host, user (if applicable) and password. Note: This is only for creating users and initially setting up the system. The user must have user creation and modification privileges. Step 4: Run setup.php. Step 5: Go to index.php and create an account. Step 6: Please send patches, update apps, add apps, etc, to da.ndart@googlemail.com. Bibud licensed under the MIT license. See COPYING for details.

You can download it from GitHub.
PHP requires the Visual C runtime (CRT). The Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019 is suitable for all these PHP versions, see visualstudio.microsoft.com. You MUST download the x86 CRT for PHP x86 builds and the x64 CRT for PHP x64 builds. The CRT installer supports the /quiet and /norestart command-line switches, so you can also script it.
