No idea why this question is being downvoted.

This is how i fixed this issue:

download the latest plink.exe here https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/latest.html
edit GIT_SSH environment variable and make sure it's pointing to plink.exe
close any shell, terminal, ide, etc.
