kandi X-RAY | utf8 Summary
[Grapheme clusters] should always be considered when working with generic Unicode strings. The Patchwork\Utf8 class implements the quasi-complete set of native string functions that need UTF-8 grapheme clusters awareness. Function names, arguments and behavior carefully replicates native PHP string functions.

QUESTION
I want to import all files from one directory to my sql. But I have to make the same changes to each original .htb file first. The problem with the original file is that
I don't want to import the column headers and the 2nd line because its blank
I need to change \t\t\t\n to only \n so MySQL knows where fields and lines end
I need to remove -----\n because it only has 1 column which doesn't match my tabe (4 columns) Here's how the original .htb file looks like:
Beschreibung\t Kurzbeschreibung\t Einheit\t Wert\t\t\t\n
\n
Hub\t Hub\t mm\t 150.000000000000\t\t\t\n
Bohrung\t Bohru\t mm\t 135.000000000000\t\t\t\n
-----\n
so far I have managed to create a list of all files. My next step would be to write that list to 1 single file which I can then edit. The problem I have is that I get a format issue when I save the list do a file. I want the final file to have utf8 format. this is what I want my file to look like:
...ANSWER

produces a binary format, which includes per field "header" bytes (describing type, length, and for some pickle protocols, framing data) that are going to look like garbage text if you view the output as text. You can't say "I want it to be pickle
, but not have these bytes" because those bytes are part of the pickle
serialization format. If you don't want those bytes, you need to choose a different serialization format (presumably using a custom serializer that matches this HTB format). This has nothing to do with UTF-8 encoding or lack thereof (your input is ASCII), the problem is that you are demanding a result that's literally impossible within the limits of your design.
QUESTION
I have setup SendGrid for my user registration email confirmation in my .Net 5.0 app as per Microsofts instructions here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=532713
Everything works fine until the user clicks the confirmation link in their register confirmation email.
This issue is being caused by a stray amp in my confirmation link. I am trying to understand where it is coming from and how to remove it.
When the new user clicks 'Submit' on the Register.cshtml
page they are successfully directed to the RegisterConfirmation.cshtml
page and the email is received in their inbox.
Actual behavior:
The user clicks the link in the email and hits the ConfirmEmail
page.
The user is redirected to /Index
page.
The EmailConfirmed
bool in the DB is not updated.
If I comment out the redirect to /Index in my controller, then I get a null value error shown below.
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-14 at 06:18it looks like the variable that has value is amp;code; not code. Do you have 2 ampersands somewhere by any chance? Yes you do -

I am trying to receive and send simple messages from two web APIs using RabbitMQ. It is a pretty simple code for now, and I am trying to see if both the APIs are properly able to communicate with each other. The issue is that I am not receiving all the messages and unable to establish a pattern between those that I am losing and those I am receiving. Below is the sample code.

QUESTION
I am trying to scrape data of a match played between United and Sheffield United yesterday night in the premier league from understat.com. My goal is to fetch "shots per game". If you see understat.com, it has a match id for all the matches and I am using that match id to scrape the data using BS4 and requests. I have successfully located the class and got the raw data that I need to fetch in JSON format but it's giving me an error like "json.decoder.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)". Below is my code:
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Feb-10 at 17:22The problem is your json_data
as a string starts with the '{
. The start index you want is actually one more index value ahead at the {
, so you want to add 2, not 1 to the index start:
index_start = strings.index("('")+2
instead of index_start = strings.index("('")+1

I don't really know where the error is, for me, it's still a mystery. But I'm using Laravel 8 to produce a project, it was working perfectly and randomly started to return this error and all projects started to return this error too. I believe it's something with Redis, as I'm using it to store the system cache. When I go to access my endpoint in postman it returns the following error:

Answered 2021-Jun-12 at 01:50Your problem is that you have set SESSION_CONNECTION=session
, but your SESSION_DRIVER=default
, so you have to use SESSION_DRIVER=database
in your .env
. See the config/session.php

QUESTION
On Mac OS X 10.7.5 on which perl-5.12.3
is installed, I needed to use the utf8::all
module so I have manually installed utf8-all-0.024 (Note the minimum perl version of v5.10.0
on its CPAN page) The make test
has failed but I've still installed it to see if it would work. It didn't work so I've decided to uninstall it. I've tried 2 methods given at perl.com the first method didn't work as it required perl-5.14.2
The second method gave this message:
ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-14 at 18:28You've made a mess of things by incorrectly installing the module. Specifically, you didn't install the dependencies.
Ideally, you should use the package manager that provided perl
itself. But they don't provide every module. So you'd use the non-package manager approach:
QUESTION
I am trying to write a file to UTF8 or ISO_8859_1 using :
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-14 at 16:17ISO-8859-1 and UTF-8 are both character encodings designed to be compatible with older US-ASCII, for all the standard printable characters, meaning codes 0x20 to 0x7E. These characters include all lower and upper case latin letters with no accent, numeric digits, space and other usual punctuation marks.
When you simply write a file using Java, and any other tool (except for some specific character encodings), there is nothing within the file that indicates how it has been encoded.
The tool you're using with the file
command simply tries to take a guess based on the first bytes of the file: it checks if the sequence makes any sense with a predetermined set of character encodings, reports it when it finds one that seems to match.
In your test, you're only using those standard "english" characters, so any encoding compatible with ascii is suitable for reading the file. That's why you get us-ascii
as a result.
You'll get a different result if you start using different characters, such as [éÀÖî]
.
UTF-8, UTF-16 and UTF-32 allow to start the file with a special sequence of bytes called the byte-order mark (BOM), that identifies the file's encoding. You would have to write it yourself before anything else. for UTF-8, the sequence is 0xEFBBBF
That would be:
QUESTION
I have a navigation menu that I made for a test application, there are some tabs that I want to hide if I am not logged into the application. After logging in, these tabs should appear. The problem is that after logging in, I go to the desired page and I don't see all the navigation menu icons. For them to appear, I need to click on one of the available icons (only 2 icons are available for authorization) and only then the navigation menu will be updated and everything will be as it should be. All 6 icons will be visible! Can someone help me with this? Here I described the problem with the code that I am using. I would be grateful for any help.
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-14 at 13:53Your page is not re built after logging in the user, that is why your nav bar is not updated. When you click on the button it refreshes and correctly displays the new elements.
Instead of using a global variable you could look into a state management package in order to make the logged-in user available throughout your app. (article for getx the simplest one out there)
If this is simply a prototype and you want some quick and dirty, I guess you could trigger a reload of your app once a user logs in by wrapping your app with a widget that exposes a rebuild method. (article)

PHP requires the Visual C runtime (CRT). The Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019 is suitable for all these PHP versions, see visualstudio.microsoft.com. You MUST download the x86 CRT for PHP x86 builds and the x64 CRT for PHP x64 builds. The CRT installer supports the /quiet and /norestart command-line switches, so you can also script it.
