There's no getting around needing a cell library for (roughly) the process you want. Once you have one, map to it and then run stat -liberty cells.lib to calculate total cell area.

I think you should also consider taking into account layer and datatype values from your input. Here's example solution that extracts only your coordinates, but function also parses rest of supplied values that you could in future store in for e.g. dictionaries.

I am new to Webscrapping. The url I am working with is this (https://tsmc.tripura.gov.in/doc_list). At present, I am able to extract data from the first page. Since, the url is unchanging, I don't have an identifier for the other pages to create a loop for data table extraction. Here is my code:
