Custom WallpaperService shows only the first frame of the GIF
            Asked 2018-Sep-18 at 17:49

I'm working on a small project where I'm making my own custom live wallpaper app where I'm supposed to be able to select a gif and automatically make a live wallpaper of it. Because of this I need to write my own wallpaper service and so far it works but it only seems to be drawing the first frame.

            Install WEngine

You can download it from GitHub.
You can use WEngine like any standard Python library. You will need to make sure that you have a development environment consisting of a Python distribution including header files, a compiler, pip, and git installed. Make sure that your pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date. When using pip it is generally recommended to install packages in a virtual environment to avoid changes to the system.

            Support

Giving WEngine a :star: on github will be great. that will allow other people to see it and use it. and i'm really thankful for that. otherwise you can support WEngine from the sponser links on the github. that will help improving WEngine with more functions and keep it a supported project to work on.
